UI/UX design for software in the GCC

HAYKALI provides UI/UX design for products, apps and business software in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and across the GCC. We design the experience before code is written: who uses it, what they need to do, and the clearest screens to get it done, in Arabic and English. For what we build, and for teams who build their own.

Who it is for

  • Teams whose users avoid the system because it is hard to use
  • Companies planning a new product who want it designed before it is built
  • Development teams that need a design system to build from
  • Businesses redesigning an existing app or platform

What it usually includes

  • User research and flows
  • Wireframes and prototypes
  • Interface design
  • Design systems

When businesses usually need itPeople avoid the system you have because it is hard to use.

GCC

Designed for Arabic and English users

We design the experience before code is written: who uses it, what they need to do, and the clearest screens to get it done. For what we build, and for teams who build their own.

  • 01

Right-to-left design treated as its own layout, not a mirror image.

  • 02

Arabic typography chosen and set for reading, not decoration.

  • 03

Usability tested with the people who will actually use the product.

  • 04

Design systems in Figma that developers can build from directly.

Questions about this service

What is the difference between UI and UX design?

UX (user experience) design decides what the product does and how people move through it: flows, structure and priorities. UI (user interface) design decides how each screen looks and behaves. We do both, in that order.

Do you design for Arabic right-to-left interfaces?

Yes. We design Arabic interfaces as right-to-left layouts in their own right, with Arabic typography and bilingual content, alongside the English version.

Can you design a product that our own team will build?

Yes. We deliver flows, prototypes, interface designs and a design system that your developers can build from, and we stay available to answer questions while they do.
