What is HAYKALI?
HAYKALI (هيكلي) is a software company that designs and builds software for businesses in the GCC: ERP and CRM systems, custom business software, portals and dashboards, SaaS products, web and mobile apps, websites, UI/UX design, automation and AI tools.
Which countries does HAYKALI serve?
We serve businesses across the Gulf Cooperation Council: Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
What does the name HAYKALI mean?
Haykali comes from the Arabic word haykal (هيكل), meaning structure or framework: the frame that gives something its form. It reflects how we work: give the operation a clear structure first, then build software on it.
Does HAYKALI have its own products?
Yes. Alongside client work we develop products for specific industries, such as RentalOS for rental businesses and LegalOS for law firms. Both are available, and you can request a demo from each product page.

How does a project with HAYKALI start?
With a short conversation about what is slowing the business down. Then we map how the work runs today, write a model of the records, rules and roles involved, and agree a scoped first release before building anything.
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on scope: how many processes, users, integrations and platforms are involved. We do not quote before understanding the operation. After mapping it, you receive a scoped first release with a clear cost, and the system grows from there.
How long does it take to build a system or app?
It depends on the scope of the first release. We keep first releases small enough to reach real users early, then keep developing in short cycles based on how the software is actually used.
Who owns the software HAYKALI builds?
When we build a system, app or website for your organisation, you own it. Ownership and handover are written into the agreement before work starts.
Do you offer support and maintenance after launch?
Yes. Iterating in use is part of our method: we keep improving the system after launch, fix what real use reveals, and extend it as the business grows.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. We integrate with the accounting, ERP, CRM, payment, e-invoicing and messaging systems you already use, and replace only what needs replacing.
03Arabic and the GCC
Do you build software in Arabic?
Yes. Every system, app and website we build supports Arabic and English from the first release, with right-to-left layouts, Arabic typography and bilingual data designed in, not translated afterwards.
Can your systems handle e-invoicing and VAT in the GCC?
We design finance and operations systems with each country's VAT and e-invoicing requirements in mind, such as ZATCA's e-invoicing in Saudi Arabia, and integrate with the platforms your accountants use. We confirm exact requirements with your advisers at the start.
Can one system serve several GCC countries?
Yes. We model several countries, entities, currencies and tax rules on one system, so a business operating across the Gulf sees one picture.
