01Who we are

This website is run by HAYKALI (هيكلي), a software company that designs and builds software for businesses. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean HAYKALI.

02What we collect

We collect information in three ways.

• When you send an enquiry: what it is about, your name, the email address or WhatsApp number you give us, your company if you add it, your message, the language of the page, and the product page you came from, if any. When you request a product demo: your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number if you add it, team size and what you want to see.
• When you browse the site: Google Analytics records how the site is used, such as the pages you open, how you arrived, your approximate location (country and city), and your device and browser type. It uses cookies to do this, described below.
• When any page loads: our hosting provider processes technical data, such as your IP address and the request your browser makes, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

03How we use it

We use this information only to:

• Reply to your enquiry or demo request, and send you an email confirming we received it.
• Understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
• Keep the site running and secure.

04Cookies and analytics

The site itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier) to tell visits apart. By Google's defaults they last up to two years. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.

Analytics is used to understand how the site is used, not for advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics, and the site will keep working.

05Who receives it

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that run the site for us:

• Google, which provides Google Analytics.
• Netlify, which hosts the website.
• The email or customer-management service where enquiries are delivered to us.

06Where it is processed

These providers may process information on servers outside your country, including in the United States. They handle it under their own privacy and security terms.

07How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and for any work that follows, and then delete them. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, after which Google deletes it.

08Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you from an enquiry, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Send the request through the contact page and we will answer it.

09Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the people who need enquiries to do their work can read them. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

10Children

The site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11Changes to this policy

If the site starts collecting something new, or using information differently, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
